Our Repair Process:

• Ship the unit to us
• We evaluate and diagnose the issue
• Then, we provide a quote for the repair cost, lead time, new replacement unit price, and evaluation-only price
• Once approved by the customer, we repair the unit
• After, the repaired unit undergoes testing
• Finally, we ship the unit back to the customer
