• Ship your unit to us
• We evaluate and diagnose the issue
• We provide you with a quote for the repair cost, lead time, new replacement unit price, and evaluation-only price
• Once approved by the customer, we repair your unit
• We test the repaired unit
• We ship the unit back to you
